	(Not official translation - legal text is in Arabic) Commercial Register Law No. (33) for the year 1992 amended by Law No. (31) for the year 1997 Each Yemeni businessperson or Company branch or Foreign House has to submit a request confirming his name or confirming the branch in the commercial registration within sixty days from the date of the beginning of the trade activity or the opening of the shop or branch or the agency; Each Yemeni businessperson or foreign company branch has to inform the relevant commercial registration office -within sixty days - whenever an addition is occurred; and Registration to be renewed every ten years form the original date of or last registration.
