All import and export licenses were abolished
and import licenses are limited to the following products:

State-subsidized commodities (wheat and wheat flour).

Products which contradict religion, health,
environment, and security.

Products which require prior approval from
specialized authorities such as medicines, insects and agricultural pesticides,
