Trade Sector Objectives
- To improve the competence
for issuing a Trade Business License, which will reflect positively upon the environment
of the Trade Business in Yemen.
- To provide a new Administrative
Framework, e.g. Trade Data Technology Unit, which will reveal a competent administration.
- To strengthen the local
economy, and support development generally by providing annual financial information
about the trade intended to feed the government planning with information.
- To provide flexible and
quicker procedures for the business community, which will increase transparency,
and constrict corruption.
- Improve the circumstances
of the Ministry of Trade and Industry by getting rid from the tedious procedures,
and providing modern work environment characterized with confidence. A fact which
reveal to keep the employed staff for longer permanent periods.
- Develop the abilities
of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to provide support and preserve a long duration
system when the staff training will increase, and the women will be provided the
priority with the training to use the system.
- Increase the cooperation
between the government corporations and the business community by exchanging information
through the web. This is an important step towards the web trade and furnishing
governmental information through the web.
