Republican Decree of the law no. “16” of the year 1999 for canceling some articles of law no. “23” of the year 1997 regarding arrangement of agencies, branches of companies and foreign trade houses.

President of the Republic:

On the perusal the Republic of Yemen constitution, And law no “23” of the year 1998 regarding arrangement of agencies, branches of companies and foreign trade houses. The Republican decree no. “72” of the year 1998 on the formation of the government and naming the members. According to the proposal of the prime minister presentation. And the approval of the esteemed cabinet council

Decided

Article (1):
Canceling both articles (15,19) of law no. “23” of the year 1997 regarding arrangement of agencies, branches companies and foreign trade houses.

Article (2):
this presidential decree will be applicable from the date of issuance; and shall be published in the official gazette.
Issued at the Republic presidency, Sana’a 30 Ramadhan 1419 AH 17 January 1999
