Procedures
to obtain Commercial Register
specialized department: Commercial Register Department
Every Yemeni businessperson
or foreign house or company branch must submit a request to register his/her name
or the branch in the commercial register within sixty days form the beginning of
the commercial business or the opening of the business or branch or agency; Every Yemeni businessperson
or foreign company branch has to inform the relevant Commercial Register Office
whenever any change happens and inform the registration authority where the registration
took place, within sixty days from the date of change; and
Registration has to be
renewed in the commercial register every ten years from the date of the registration
or the last renewal date.
